Catering to strong demand and requests (and we must add humbly, on the back of the popularity of the Minced Bakwa we currently are famed for) from regular patrons, we at Roastdfunkd have re-created the popular traditional Sliced Bakwa.

These premium cuts of shoulder and leg are lovingly marinated and cured in the traditional ingredients and spices. Given the smaller cuts are made from a larger portion the final pieces are irregular in shape and size which also lends to its unique characteristics (not as uniformed as the Minced version)……… Then, similar to the Minced version, it is charred/barbequed expertly to perfection, resulting in a mouthfeel experience not only for its smokiness but a firmer yet tender bite…and those caramelised umami charred end-bits
